FERI Registration (For Recruitment Agencies in Country of Origin)

STEP 1

We kindly ask you to prepare the following four documents.

●Declaration Letter to comply FERI Guideline as well as relative law

Please download the declaration letter from the link below.
English / Bahasa Indonesia / Tiếng Việt / Nepali
Please attach your organization’s logo image data to the upper-left section of the form.
Please read all the clauses stated in the declaration letter and check all the boxes if you agree. (If you do not agree, you will not be able to proceed with the application.)
Please print out the completed form and have it signed by the representative.
After signing, please scan the form and upload it as a PDF or image file via the application site.

The format of the document is not restricted. If you are creating it anew, please download and use the format provided here.

●Business License as RA in Bangladesh

【Important Notes】

(1)The first year is free of charge. From the second year onward, an annual membership fee of 30,000 JPY will be applied.

(2) We have noticed some applications being submitted without meeting the requirements of Guideline 2-32. To ensure a smooth review process, please make sure to check the following before submitting your application.
The submission format is not specified. If you are preparing the document from scratch, you may download and use the designated “Format for Track Record and Fees.”

Recruitment agencies are requested to publish the following information on their company website.

・ Number of contracts with migrant workers in the past two years
・ Number of migrant workers who were able to travel overseas
・ Expected amount of service fees and breakdown

(3) If any documents are missing, we will not be able to proceed with the review. Please make sure to upload all four items listed above

(4) The application site is in Japanese. If you would like to view it in another language, please use the translation function of your device or browser to translate the screen.

(4) If you find it difficult to translate the application screen or to enter information in Japanese, please contact the FERI Secretariat, and we will input the information on your behalf.
