The “Training and Employment System,” scheduled to go into effect in 2027, is attracting a great deal of attention from various quarters as a new framework to replace the current technical internship system.

The seminar series “Complete Understanding of the Training and Employment System” (3 sessions) will be held to provide step-by-step training on important points that companies should keep in mind and practical measures to deal with them, based on the latest ordinances and practical trends.

Through a total of three lectures by Attorney Sugita, the course will systematically develop and deepen understanding through open seminars, practical discussions, and in-depth industry-specific discussions.

This first edition of the seminar will be open to the public and will be entitled “The Latest Trends in Training and Employment Systems! What companies should do” will be held as a public seminar. We look forward to your participation.
